Manufacturing Process Flow:

| 1 | Tooling & Wax Injection | Based on 3D drawings, industrial wax is injected into high-precision aluminum molds to replicate exact wax patterns. |
| 2 | Tree Assembly | Individual wax patterns are manually welded onto a central gating system to form an efficient "wax tree." |
| 3 | Shell Making (Silica Sol) | The wax tree is repeatedly dipped into premium silica sol slurry and coated with refractory sand to build a sturdy ceramic shell. |
| 4 | Dewaxing & Roasting | High-pressure steam melts the wax out (lost wax), and the hollow ceramic shell is fired in a high-temperature kiln to gain strength. |
| 5 | Melting & Pouring | After strict spectrometer analysis, molten stainless steel (e.g., CF8, CF8M) is precisely poured into the preheated ceramic shell. |
| 6 | Knockout & Shot Blasting | After cooling, the shell is broken. Gates and risers are cut off, followed by grinding and shot blasting for a flawless matte finish. |
| 7 | Heat Treatment | Solution treatment at 1050°C is performed to eliminate casting internal stress and restore optimal corrosion resistance and mechanical toughness. |
